Biography

Peter Todd is an expert in information technology, innovation management, and technology strategy with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles at prominent global institutions. He currently serves as Dean of the Imperial Business School, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation within academic programs and research. Previously, he held significant positions such as Director General (CEO) and Dean at HEC Paris, where he worked towards the school's financial independence and launched major initiatives in AI and digital transformation. He also served as Dean of the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University, achieving notable budget increases and the introduction of pioneering MBA programs. Throughout his career, Peter has consistently contributed to research advancements and program innovations while holding senior academic leadership roles across various institutions in Canada, the United States, and France. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor's degree in Commerce from McGill University, along with over 40 published works and 40,000 citations to his name. Peter is dedicated to shaping the future of inclusive business education and advancing research that addresses critical questions linking science, business, economic prosperity, and societal well-being.
