Biography

Philip Kübler is a lawyer with extensive experience in media copyright law, telecommunications contract law, business law, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and corporate governance compliance. He has managed business development in a television company and served as the long-time head of Swisscom's legal department as General Counsel, overseeing mergers and acquisitions.
