Biography

Phuong Nguyen is a doctoral researcher in the SNSF Project Aspiration Change 4.0: Making Innovation in Vietnam, under the leadership of Professor Annuska Derks. With a strong academic background, Phuong graduated with Honours from the Master of Development Studies at The University of Melbourne in Australia and earned a Bachelor of Business in Economics and Finance with distinction from RMIT University Vietnam. Currently, Phuong is investigating the changes in Vietnamese society due to the introduction of digital-based sharing economy technologies in the national market and the social implications these changes have on responses from government, private sectors, and activists within the country.
