Biography

Piotr Dubrowski is a Canadian trained, board-certified Therapy Medical Physicist. He has the opportunity to bring new Cancer Clinics operationally from the ground up, honing a broad, systems-approach in Radiation Oncology. Piotr was promoted to Associate Quality Director for Physics, where he is responsible for improving patient safety through workflow and technology improvements across a wide cancer care network. His research interests mainly focus on improving the treatment planning process and increasing clinic safety through software development and hardware 3D-print prototyping. Additionally, Piotr actively participates in global outreach efforts through Stanford Global Radiation Oncology, aimed at expanding education access to care in Tanzania, Kenya, and the developing world, including developing online Radiation Therapy courses.
