Biography

Piyal Sarkar is currently an Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management at Penn State Harrisburg. His research interests include supply chain risk, supply chain contracts, and supply chain finance. His work has been published in top-tier Operations and Supply Chain Management journals, reflecting a strong pipeline of research projects aimed at high-impact journals. Currently, he serves as the faculty advisor for 'INFORMS ORMS Tomorrow', an online magazine for students affiliated with INFORMS.
