Dr. Pooja Mihailovich

Biography

Pooja Mihailovich specializes in advising tax litigation and dispute resolution matters. She has appeared in significant cases at various levels of court and routinely represents clients in disputes with Canadian tax authorities. In addition to her work in tax controversy matters, her practice also includes advising on general corporate tax matters, particularly pertaining to Canadian tax issues relevant to insurance organizations. Pooja has served as an adjunct professor at Queen's University and the University of Toronto, and has lectured at McGill University and Osgoode Hall Law School. She has authored articles on a wide variety of topics related to federal income tax matters and is a contributing editor for the Tax Litigation section of the Toronto Law Journal. Pooja has been ranked as a leader in tax controversy by International Tax Review and has been recognized as a rising star by Benchmark Litigation.
