Dr. Pratik Chaudhari

Biography

Pratik Chaudhari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Systems Engineering and Department of Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He focuses his research on theoretical problems in deep learning, visual perception, and robotics. His work addresses significant challenges in these areas through innovative approaches and techniques, which include the development of real-time systems and constraint-aware methods for robotic perception and interaction. Chaudhari has also made contributions to topics such as information-driven exploration and dynamic human-robot object co-manipulation. He has received the prestigious NSF CAREER Award in 2022, recognizing his potential for advancing research and education in the field.
