Dr. Prithwiraj Choudhury

Biography

Prithwiraj Choudhury is a globally recognized expert in Future Work and a Professor in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to joining LSE, he served on the faculties of Wharton and Harvard Business School. His research focuses on how technology transforms work, particularly through the concept of 'Work from Anywhere' (WFA), exploring its effects on workers, organizations, and communities. He has published extensively in leading academic journals such as Organization Science, Management Science, and the Strategic Management Journal. His upcoming book, 'The World Office,' is set to be published in April 2025 and has already gained recognition as a National Bestseller in the United States. Choudhury's work has been cited by major news outlets, including BBC, CNN, and The New York Times. He has delivered keynotes and provided strategic advice on future work to diverse organizations, including Google and the United Nations. Before his academic career, he worked at McKinsey & Company and Microsoft. Choudhury holds a doctorate from Harvard and degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
