Biography

Purvi Mehta is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Global Development at Cornell University. She is also a Senior Advisor in the Global Growth Opportunities division at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Additionally, she is an honorary professor at Amity University in India. Dr. Mehta is actively involved in agricultural nutrition policy platforms across India, South Southeast Asia, and Africa. She is known for her contributions to agriculture and nutrition policy and has authored over 50 publications, along with being a regular contributor to major media outlets like Economic and Financial Express and CNBC.
