Biography

Quentin Praz is a scientific collaborator at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Geneva. He obtained a master’s degree in Bioengineering from the University of Applied Sciences in 2021, focusing on the development of instrumentation systems to measure biomechanical function of the first ray of the foot. His current work involves the development and clinical validation of a novel device named LaxiPed, which aims to measure biomechanical parameters of the foot to provide reliable diagnoses for clinicians in daily clinical practice. His research interests include biomechanics, foot health, and the impact of forefoot instability on Hallux valgus treatment.
