R Sean Sanders is an award-winning educator and researcher whose scientific interests intersect with the environmental aspects of resource extraction. He received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1990 from the University of Saskatchewan and completed his PhD at the University of Alberta. His current research focuses on exploratory studies of pipeline transport processes and makes significant contributions to the understanding of multiphase transport.
