Biography

Rachel Basa is an Associate Professor specializing in small animal surgery at the University of Sydney. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 2009 and has since worked in various general practice clinics in Sydney. Rachel's surgical interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, with a particular focus on feline orthopaedics and musculoskeletal imaging. Her research aligns with the Faculty of Science's Research Strength in Healthy Animals.
