Biography

Rachel Rebouché is the G. Rollie White Teaching Excellence Chair and a Law Professor at Texas Law. A leading scholar in reproductive rights and health, she teaches courses on contracts, family law, and health care law. Professor Rebouché is the author and editor of eight books, including notable casebooks in Family Law and Contracts, and has published numerous articles in prominent journals like the Stanford Law Review and Columbia Law Review. Prior to joining Texas Law, she served as Dean of Temple University Beasley School of Law and held the Peter J. Liacouras Professorship. Professor Rebouché holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, an LL.M. from Queen’s University, Belfast, and a B.A. from Trinity University, and has significant experience in legal practice and policy development.
