Rachel Sangree is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Civil and Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University. She serves as the Director of Undergraduate Studies for the Civil Engineering program and is the Chair of the Engineering Professionals program. Her research interests focus on engineering education, especially in the areas of Structural Engineering and Historic Structures. Additionally, she is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Maryland and currently serves as the President of the ASCE Maryland Section Board.
