Biography

Rachel Watson graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science and an M.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She serves as the Assistant Professor of Instruction in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Education and is the executive director of the Fitness Institute of Texas. Watson is responsible for managing off-campus internships for undergraduates pursuing careers in health and wellness.
