Biography

Rachel S. White is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy at the University of Texas at Austin. She holds the L.D. Haskew Centennial Professorship in Public School Administration. Prior to her current role, she served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and Old Dominion University.
