Professor Dr. Rahmat Balogun

Biography

Rahmat Balogun, MS, MPH, is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) in the Division of Occupational and Environmental Medicine. He serves as the Medical Director of UCSF Occupational Health Services, where he focuses on promoting worker health and well-being. Dr. Balogun is also a core faculty member responsible for training medical students and residents, overseeing their rotations in the department. He is a member of the Resident Advisory Committee in Occupational Medicine, further demonstrating his commitment to shaping the future of medical education in his field. His interests include Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM), which he integrates into his teaching and practice to enhance the health of workers. Dr. Balogun's work emphasizes improving health outcomes through education and direct medical care in occupational settings.
