Biography

Professor Ralph Siebert is a faculty member at Purdue University, where he serves as the Academic Director of the Master's Program in Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Humboldt University (Berlin) and has extensive expertise in various economic fields, including Industrial Organization, Urban Real Estate Economics, and Health Economics. His research focuses on market competition, policy-relevant topics, and applied microeconometrics. Notably, Professor Siebert has been recognized with numerous teaching awards and has served on the editorial boards of prestigious academic journals. He has published extensively in top-tier economics journals, contributing to the understanding of market performance and buyer behavior. His teaching experience spans undergraduate, PhD, MBA, and specialized Master's programs, and he has mentored over 300 undergraduate and graduate students.
