Biography

Rashmi brings a wide range of experience in the medical field. She has worked on assistive technologies for people with disabilities and has been involved with medical devices used in over 10 million procedures annually. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, she served as a clinical engineer in LMBME, where she supported the development of surgical robots for breast and spinal applications. Her research has innovative contributions in maternal-fetal health. Currently, Rashmi is the CEO of Aruna Revolution, where she and her team aim to revolutionize menstrual health by developing compostable menstrual pads made from natural fibers, which benefit both the planet and the body.
