Dr. Ratih Listiyandini

Biography

Ratih Arruum Listiyandini is a clinical psychologist, academic, researcher, and educator. She obtained her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia, and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Research Fellow at YARSI University in Indonesia, Ratih maintains an affiliation as a Casual Academic at UNSW Sydney. Her research focuses on leveraging digital innovations in global health to promote mental well-being, aiming to reduce the burden of mental illness and improve access to high-quality mental health care, particularly in low-and-middle-income countries (LMICs) in Southeast Asia. Ratih is passionate about global digital mental health and is establishing PSIDAMAI, an internet-delivered mindfulness program for Indonesian communities. She actively contributes to discussions on mental health through various platforms, including peer-reviewed journal articles, community programs, and international collaborative projects. Ratih is committed to advancing mental health awareness and education, working closely with diverse organizations in Indonesia and Australia.
