Biography

Dr. Raveen Pal is an Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at Queen's University with a focus on cardiology, specializing in echocardiography and cardiac computed tomography (CT). His clinical practice includes the interpretation of echocardiograms and cardiac CTs, with a strong focus on women's health, cardio-oncology, and valvular heart disease. Dr. Pal is actively engaged in medical education, contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate courses in cardiology and echocardiography, and he serves as the Chair of the Queen’s Cardiovascular Conference, a key continuing medical education program. His research interests center around the investigation of 3D echocardiography and cardiac CT imaging applications, and he has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in these areas. Dr. Pal is dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care to his local community and advancing the field of imaging to optimize patient outcomes.
