Biography

Ravin Jesuthasan is a global leader in Mercer’s Transformation Services business and a recognized global thought leader and futurist in the areas of future work and AI workforce transformation. He collaborates with the world’s largest organizations on transformation work and workforce strategies. Jesuthasan has led extensive research efforts on the global workforce and the impact of artificial intelligence on work transformation. Moreover, he has contributed to groundbreaking studies for the World Economic Forum, where he is an active participant and presenter at its annual meetings in Davos. As an Executive Fellow and Adjunct Lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Ravin delivers guest lectures at prestigious institutions including Caltech, Oxford University, and the University of Chicago. He has been named one of the leading management thinkers by Thinkers 50 and ranked among the top influencers in future work by several publications. A bestselling author, he has authored six books, including the Wall Street Journal bestseller "Work Without Jobs" and the upcoming "Skills-Powered Organization." He has also penned over 250 articles for noted journals such as Harvard Business Review and Sloan Management Review.
