Dr. Raymon Durso

Biography

Raymon Durso, MD, is an Associate Professor in the Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine at Boston University, specializing in Neurology. He completed his fellowship at the NIH in the Experimental Therapeutics Branch, where he developed a keen interest in neuropharmacology, particularly as it pertains to Parkinson's disease. Durso has served on the editorial board of Clinical Drug Reviews since 2001 and is a peer review consultant for the NIH. He directs the Neuropharmacology Laboratory at Boston University and acts as a mentor to graduate medical students, demonstrating his commitment to education and research in the medical field. Throughout his career, he has been involved in various research projects, securing numerous grants, and has been recognized for his contributions to the field with a VA Merit Review Award.
