Dr. Rebecca Campbell

Biography

Rebecca Campbell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She focuses on pension decision-making and has been involved in numerous educational roles, including serving as Programme Director for the GMiM program. Rebecca has a solid academic background, holding an MSc in Management with Human Resources and a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from LSE. She was awarded the 'Keith Thurley' prize for outstanding performance in her MSc and the 'Basset' prize for the highest performance in her final undergraduate exams. In addition to her academic pursuits, Rebecca has practical experience in the fashion industry as a director of a high-end women's wear business. She is actively engaged in writing a popular introduction to economics, set to be published by Oneworld in 2022/23. Her research interests encompass employment, pension decision-making, and reward systems. Rebecca has also served as a member of the Members’ Panel for NEST, the UK governmental workplace pension scheme, providing insights into the operation and development of pension schemes from the perspective of scheme members.
