Biography

Rebecca Gibson is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at the University of California, Davis. Her healthcare career began in 2002 when she worked as a certified nursing assistant. In 2016, Gibson gained experience in hospital internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona, which sparked her passion for education and research. Gibson earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Arcadia University followed by a Master of Medical Science as a physician assistant, and has published work in the Journal of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Journal of Hospital Medicine.
