Biography

Professor Rebecca Lawson's work focuses on the mechanisms by which humans learn to form and adapt their expectations of the world. Through the use of computational models, pharmacology, and brain imaging, she seeks to understand how predictions shape perception in both neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric contexts. Professor Lawson is particularly interested in exploring how individual differences in experiences relate to underlying brain mechanisms.
