Rebecca Moody is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She obtained her Master's degree in political science, focusing on international relations, at Leiden University in 2005, and completed her PhD in 2010 on the influence of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) on policy design and agenda-setting within the Department of Public Administration. Rebecca is also a part of the Unite Europe research project funded by FP7, which involves grid modeling and monitoring, and is currently working on a project exploring socio-technical factors that influence knowledge creation.
