Biography

Rebecca Reuber is a Professor of Strategic Management at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Her research focuses on growth strategies for entrepreneurial organizations, internationalization, and opportunity creation. As a recognized scholar in international entrepreneurship, she has contributed significantly to the field through her publications and participation on editorial boards, including serving as Deputy Editor for the Journal of International Business Studies. Additionally, she was elected a Fellow of the Academy of International Business and served as Vice President for Administration on the AIB Executive Board from 2019 to 2022. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she received an Honorary Doctorate in Economics and Business Administration from LUT University in Finland in 2022.
