Rebecca C. Ruehle joined Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam as an Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in Business Ethics in 2020. Prior to her academic career, Rebecca worked at IBM from 2009 to 2015, with assignments in the USA and China, primarily supporting IBM's Corporate Citizenship department in Germany. She has been actively involved in ethics-related initiatives, including serving on the managing committee of sneep e.V., the largest German-speaking student network for ethics in economics. During 2018-2019, she served as director of the committee. Throughout her career, Rebecca has engaged in various research and teaching activities focused on Business Ethics, involving projects on corporate responsibility and digital ethics.
