Reed Walker is an Associate Professor of Business and Public Policy Economics at the University of California, Berkeley. His research focuses on social costs, environmental externalities, and air pollution regulations, examining how these factors limit externalities and contribute to economic gains and losses. Walker serves as the faculty co-director of UC Berkeley’s Opportunity Lab and the Climate Environment Initiative.
