Biography

Reena is a Consultant Pharmacist in Critical Care at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London. She serves as the Chair of the Intensive Care Society’s Learning Division and has previously held the position of Chair of the Society’s Pharmacy Professional Advisory Group. With 15 years of specialized experience in critical care, Reena has co-authored and provided specialist input on a national level regarding critical care pharmacy, workforce development, clinical guidelines, and advanced training in critical care. She has presented at national conferences on diverse topics to promote the safe use of medications within the critical care environment. Additionally, Reena is an Associate Editor for the Journal of the Intensive Care Society and acts as the Principal Investigator for several studies within the CRN Portfolio. Her research interests include anti-microbial stewardship, optimization of medicines use, and addressing health inequalities. Reena completed her MSc in Health Economics, Policy & Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
