Biography

Dr. Reg Arthur Williams is a Professor Emeritus at the University of Michigan School of Nursing. With expertise in depression and stress intervention research, Dr. Williams has significantly contributed to the field through various research grants funded by the Department of Defense TriService Nursing Research Program. His research primarily focuses on developing and implementing effective interventions for military members to cope with stress and manage depression. He continues to practice at the Depression Center within the Department of Psychiatry, where he provides care to patients experiencing depression.
