Rehema Msulwa is an Associate Professor of Major Programme Management at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. She is a Hugh Price Fellow at Jesus College. Her work explores decision-making, governance, and behaviours in inter-organisational settings, particularly how actors with divergent objectives and values interact. Furthermore, Rehema is actively engaged in translating academic research into practice and policy, having worked as a consultant with infrastructure authorities and practitioners in the UK, India, Nigeria, and the African Development Bank in Côte d’Ivoire.
