Biography

Renata Casado is a Lecturer at the University of Western Australia in the Management and Organisations department within the UWA Business School. She obtained her PhD from the University of Western Australia in 2017 after completing her MBA degrees in Marketing at IBMEC in Brazil and Organisational Studies at Coppead/UFRJ. With over 15 years of experience in business prior to her academic career, she has held managerial and consulting roles in corporate marketing and human resource management. Renata is involved in various international research projects on Brazilian entrepreneurship in Australia and aims to contribute to the understanding of diversity and inclusion in the labor market.
