Biography

Renee Gilliam is a Field Learning Specialist at the School of Social Work, University of Windsor. With over 25 years of experience in social work, she has worked across various sectors, including mental health, youth justice, clinical counseling, education, and healthcare. In her role, she is primarily responsible for negotiating field placements for graduate students, conducting site visits, and supporting student progress. Renee has also been involved in program policy development, change management, and accreditation reviews.
