Renjie Gu is an ARC Super Science Fellow at the Microelectronic Research Group (MRG) in the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Western Australia. He completed his PhD at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2012 and is engaged in research focused on Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) growth, characterization of semiconductor thin film materials, and their applications in infrared detectors, lasers, and solar cells.
