Biography

Reynald Bourque is a reference in collective bargaining, holding a Ph.D. in labor economics and sociology from Aix-Marseille University. He spent several years working as a negotiator at the Confederation of National Trade Unions (CSN) before dedicating himself to research and university teaching. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Industrial Relations at the University of Montreal. He also teaches collective bargaining practice at HEC Montreal. He has authored numerous articles and publications, notably co-editing the book 'Negotiation in Labor Relations: New Approaches', published by the Presses de l'Université du Québec, and co-authoring 'Sociology of Negotiation', released in 2011 by the Presses Universitaires de Rennes.
