Biography

Reza Langari is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University, where he holds the Regents Professor title and the Mast-Childs Chair. He has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in teaching, receiving the B.P. Amoco Award for Teaching Excellence in 2001 and serving as a Bechtel Faculty Fellow from 2000 to 2001. Langari has also been a NASA Faculty Fellow at Ames Research Center and a Boeing A.D. Welliver Fellow in 1999.
