Richard Bourne is a clinical-academic pharmacist with over 25 years of experience specializing in critical care. His research focuses on medication optimization for critically ill patients, the development of the clinical pharmacy workforce in critical care, and mitigating burnout risks among clinical pharmacists in acute care areas.
