Biography

Richard K. Cho is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Business at the University of New Brunswick. He holds a Ph.D. in Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, an M.Sc. in Management Sciences from the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Seoul National University. Prior to his academic career, he worked at Samsung Electronics as a software engineer and marketing analyst. Cho has significant experience in supply chain management, logistics, inventory, and game theory, as well as extensive service roles within the university. He teaches undergraduate courses in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Production & Operations Management, Management Sciences, and Business Decision Analysis, in addition to Operations and Information Management courses in the MBA program. He has received SSHRC research grants and published in various top-tier journals.
