Richard Khoury obtained his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from Laval University (Quebec, QC) in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo) in 2007.
