Richard C. Richardson Jr. is a Professor Emeritus in Higher Education Administration at NYU Steinhardt. His research focuses on policy in higher education performance and systemic change within state higher education systems. He completed a Ford Foundation-funded research project in 2007, aimed at improving the understanding of the linkages between federal and state policies and their impact on college and university performance in Mexico and Canada.
