Biography

Richard Leroy Skolasky Jr. is a Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He is an alumnus of the Johns Hopkins Krieger School of Arts and Sciences, earning his undergraduate degree before completing a master’s in psychology at Towson University and a Doctorate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Dr. Skolasky is a member of various professional societies including the International Society for Quality of Life Research and the North American Spine Society. Additionally, he serves as co-editor-in-chief for Quality of Life Research.
