Professor Rickard Lindgren is a distinguished researcher at the University of Gothenburg, specializing in applied IT and informatics. His research interests encompass action research, design science, digital platforms, and technology standards. Over the years, Professor Lindgren has published extensively in prominent journals including the European Journal of Information Systems, MIS Quarterly, and Information Systems Journal. He has been recognized with several awards for his scholarly contributions, including the Society’s Stafford Beer Medal for his paper on knowledge management published in the European Journal of Information Systems. Lindgren has served on various editorial boards and as an associate editor for respected journals.
