Ritambhara Singh is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Brown University and a member of the Data Science team in the Center for Computational Molecular Biology. Her research lab develops machine learning methods aimed at data integration, model interpretation, and biological and biomedical applications. Before joining Brown, she was a post-doctoral researcher in the Noble Lab at the University of Washington. Ritambhara has received multiple honors, including the NHGRI Genomic Innovator Award, the Richard B. Salomon Faculty Research Award, and the NSF CAREER award, to develop integrative explainable machine learning methods for heterogeneous health-related datasets. She serves as the co-Director of Graduate Studies for the Computational Biology Ph.D. program at Brown and teaches courses on deep learning.
