Biography

Robert W. Aaron is the Executive Director of Student Affairs Assessment Planning at Northwestern University, where he leads assessment, research, and decision support for twenty-five administrative units within the Division of Student Affairs. He serves as an instructor in Northwestern's Higher Education Administration Policy program and joined the university in 2016. Prior to his role at Northwestern, Robert worked in various capacities in higher education for over twenty years at four institutions, where he led assessment for student affairs divisions, managed client services for a national survey on the college-student experience, and directed new-student orientation and first-year experience programs. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, frequenting Ravinia, and knitting hats.
