Biography

Rob Cheifetz has spent over thirty years representing entrepreneurial individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. He has a broad commercial litigation practice with a focus on complex commercial litigation, cutting-edge antitrust, director/officer, intellectual property, and tax shelter malpractice litigation. Throughout his career, Rob has embraced the opportunity to address new and challenging issues in emerging areas of law. He has actively litigated and tried cases in courts and arbitration forums at both trial and appellate levels, spanning numerous jurisdictions across the country. In addition to his extensive private practice, he formerly served as the Director of Special Projects at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
