Robert T. Clemen is a Professor Emeritus in Decision Sciences at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. His research, funded by the National Science Foundation, has contributed significantly to the understanding of decision analysis in forecasting, leading to over 50 scholarly articles and several awards, including distinctions from the Decision Analysis Society and the International Journal of Forecasting. In addition, he has served as a founding co-Editor-in-Chief for the journal Decision Analysis and remains active on its editorial board. Before joining Duke in 1995, he was part of the faculty at the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon for 11 years.
