Biography

Robert Gomulkiewicz is the Judson Falknor Professor at the University of Washington School of Law, where he is the founding Director of the Intellectual Property Law & Policy Graduate Program. His scholarship focuses on intellectual property licensing, legal protection of software, and the intersection of contracts, intellectual property, and technology. He has given numerous talks on topics such as free speech and intellectual property law, demonstrating his influential role in shaping contemporary legal discourse.
