Biography

Robert Neil Huebert is a Full Professor and Director of the Centre for Military, Security and Strategic Studies at the University of Calgary. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Manitoba (1982), a Master's degree in Political Science from Carleton University (1984), and a Doctorate in Philosophy in Political Science from Dalhousie University (1994).
